Duchess Farm Equestrian Community takes pride in developing a community that protect the environment through our conservation efforts, environmentally sound building practices, landscaping and architectural guidelines, we balances nature with everyday living.  Duchess Farm has conserved a percentage of land that will not be developed, providing optimal open and green spaces within the community.  In addition, we pay attention to our building practices as they relate to their natural surroundings, allowing us to provide cottage collections that are Energy Star Rated, helping to lower consumer costs while protecting the environment.  It is a continual goal of ours to ensure that we build quality structures that adhere to environmentally sound standards.   Through our landscaping and architectural guidelines, we are able to preserve the lush plant life and fauna that are indigenous to the area, along with the magnificent views and the integrity of the community.  Duchess Farm will continue our environmental efforts and building practices for generations to come.
